We would like to gather our alumni and celebrate the wonderful summer together with great food and some sports!

You may join either or both activities. All alumni family members are welcome.
Activity 1: BBQ Gathering
Time: 2 – 5 pm
Quota: 30
Ticket: £10 per head (Kids: £5 for half a portion)
Menu
- 1x Beef Burger/Hotdog/Vegetarian Burger
- 2x Chicken/Lamb/Vegetarian Skewers
- Assorted snacks (crisp, popcorn, etc.)
- 1x portion Coleslaw (~100g)
- 1x Ice Cream Cone
Drinks may be purchased at the Sports’ Club bar at your own expense. Outside drinks (except water) are not allowed.
Note: If weather does not permit, the BBQ will be cancelled and all BBQ tickets will be refunded. But Badminton will still carry on regardless.
Part 2: Badminton (2 courts)
Time: 5 – 7 pm (with an option to extend to 8 pm if we have many joining)
Quota: 16 (8 per courts)
Fee: £5 per player (feather shuttlecocks included)
Please be reminded to bring a clean pair of non-marking trainers for the court as required by the venue/club.
